As Chief Experience and Strategy Officer for SmartBank, Crowe is responsible for directing, guiding, and facilitating the company’s strategic planning process. Crowe admits to having a personal life mission to “help women and girls realize their fullest potential,” and during her time on-air she shares tips and insights for women seeking to launch their own businesses.
